The Goose Station offers a combination of 100% original "New Filipiniana" and "New Continental" gastronomical experiences in the form of tasting and semi pre-fixed menus. The restaurant offers its current menus for dinner and also services bespoke off premise events through its caterers.

FILIPINIANA - This pre-fixed tasting menu encapsulates the chef's long time dream of crafting a new Filipino cuisine to present to the world. Instead of being inspired by tradition, creativity is drawn from history, culture and heritage. This is a ground breaking concept as the gastronomic experience is presented in a way that communicates a story from Philippine cultural heritage. This menu is updated
MEMORY - This pre-fixed tasting menu is based on personal memory and tradition. Whereas the Filipiniana menu is extremely conceptual in the sense that it draws inspiration from a new source, this "new continental" menu embodies the style with which the restaurant was founded. This menu evolves constantly but keeps certain best sellers in tact for the loyal clientele.
EXPRESS - The last of the three menus comes in the form a semi pre-fixed menu where guests can choose certain dishes per course. This menu changes an average of twice a month in order to present what is freshest in the market.
The Goose Station opened in November of 2009 as the first “tasting menu only” restaurant in the Philippines. The concept was well received, as was the Modern Continental Cuisine that was being offered.
Being awarded “best new restaurant” and “best restaurant in Manila” did not halter the evolution of the restaurant into something more meaningful. Today, the team is enjoying the renewed energy that comes with a fresh purpose: to innovate and create a New Filipiniana Cuisine that it can present to the world.
